Audio and Video Podcasting with iTunes.

Now you can take all of our multimedia features on the go with iTunes and your iPod. Just follow these few simple steps to have both audio and video downloaded to your computer and added to your iPod automatically.

1. Download and install iTunes (located here.)
2. Click on "Advanced" at the top of iTunes and then click on "Subscribe To Podcast"
3. Type in one or both of the links located below to add our podcasts to your computer.
4. Click on "Edit -> Preferences -> Podcasts" in order to change iTunes to check for podcasts every hour instead of once a day.
